This report contains the following categories:

• Total Contributions Received (this amount includes loans)

• Total Expenditures

• Cash on Hand

• Outstanding Debt

• Cash on Hand minus Debt (what a candidate can ultimately realistically spend)

• Candidate Donations to themselves (this is an actual contribution, which cannot be refunded, rather than a loan, which can be)

The top fundraiser, for this period, in each district is in bold.

I debated whether to include candidate loans, either in the donation category or as a separate row, but decided they ultimately are already included in the “Outstanding Debt” category.
